Damping slider, with STOP latch

When taking the hot tray out of the oven, it is easy to drop and get burned. With the Fagor oven, this problem is gone! All thanks to the damping sliders, equipped with a special brake mechanism, which reduce the speed when sliding to install or remove the tray. You can even safely insert or remove trays while very hot or heavily loaded trays.
