Surely, you have at least once accidentally turned on/off the oven, or completely changed the previous setting. The Fagor oven's Program Lock feature helps to limit this risk. Everything will be done with the push of a button. This lock will prevent you from accidentally changing the machine's settings, so you can comfortably clean the control panel even when the oven is on.
