Installation terms

Installation service (for large household products) Format Vietnam JSC provide installation service at customer’s home for free or charges depending on the province of installation.

• Free: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Da Nang, Can Tho, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau.
• Charges: The rest of the provinces.

To use the installation service at home, customers directly contact the call center of Format Vietnam JSC. In case the customer contacts the authorized service center of Format Vietnam JSC, the center must notify call center before performing the service. Authorized warranty center of Format Vietnam JSC set up an appointment so that the installation is most convenient for the customer. Installation includes instructions and advice for customers to use the product. Installation unit price (for charge case) is as below table:
